Staff Commissions

Commissions serve as an effective incentive for motivating employees to enhance their performance. This feature allows you to establish commission structures for your team members, providing both standard commissions applicable to all staff and tailored commissions for individual employees. Furthermore, it enables the tracking of payments alongside their associated commissions, facilitating precise and efficient management.

Commission structures are particularly beneficial for organizations that depend on performance-driven incentives to enhance productivity and sales. This includes sectors such as retail, healthcare, beauty and wellness, as well as professional services. To set up commissions, navigate to the Settings tab. There are two methods available for configuring commissions.

1. Default Commission: This is applicable to all members of your staff without any customized configurations.
2. Specific Commission for Staff: This is customized for each individual staff member. When a specific commission is established for a staff member, it takes precedence over the default commission.

Upon the completion of payment for a specific appointment, the corresponding commission for the staff member is immediately credited, and the transaction is recorded in the Staff Logs section to facilitate efficient tracking.
